Took a few pictures last weekend and thought I would share one. This is a local lake that they are draining down so they can do repairs to the dam. It is actually down about 30 feet.

Your opinion is requested on the photo.

I agree with Jim, nice picture and well framed but it looks a little dark to me. Hope you don't mind but I did a little PP on the picture. I used curves and brightened the image, upped the hue and saturation and sharpened some. See if you think it made a difference.

Looks real nice.

I have elements, is curves found in elements. What settings did you end up with on the other adjustments you made. I think you did a nice job on it.

Very nice photo. If you had used a polarizer, it would have come out even better. Take care.

I use PhotoImpact 11 and I don't know about Elements but it probably does since it is considered one of the best PP software. I don't remember the exact settings I used, I just adjusted the curves and hue and saturation until I liked it and one bump on the sharpening.
