Here are my non-macro shots taken during my short holiday there. Well, it rained every night, but come to day, it was fine, sunny, but cloudy.

Anyway, appreciate any critique on these shots......

Very nice shots, amazing colours... Can't wait to get back to Thailand now

What camera, btw? Any filters?

Thanks! Camera is FZ10.....filters if I recall is a polarizer. But post process with Picassa 2 and borders created with PS.

Nice shots. The colors a brilliant. Perhaps a little too brilliant. Having never been to Phuket, I quess these could be accurate renditions of the light there. Btw, what is the correct pronunciation of Phuket?

I think I may have up the saturation abit to bring out the colours....

Phuket as in 'pull'-'caat'

I don't see that the saturation being over the top at all. I see every one of these shots as beautiful framed prints at a travel agency.
