so i took my FZ20to a local botanical park to get some shots, and came away with these. amazing how many flowers are still blooming, even this late in the fall. the park staff is already setting up lights for their Christmas display! on the way home, i stopped by the lake to see if the sunset was worth a shot, and saw the boat making its way back to the dock. it was well over a mile away, so this shot isn't as clear and sharp as it could be, but i like the wayit seems to be sailing through a golden fog...

Would love to comment squirl but I can't see the photo - no link, no thumbnail either - just empty, black space.

i tried using Zoto. it's a new photo storage/sharing website that lets you create thumbnails like these insterad of the larger images most other sites create. i usually use Photobucket, which is faster and more convenient, but if i'm posting a lot of pics, these thumbs are easier to see on the board, and probably work better for folks on dialup. if you have Zoto already,i can PM you with the instructions. if not, it's free, and you get 2GB of storage (though i still archive my shots on CDs). go to www.zoto.com and check it out.
