After my little trip to London Zoo last week a good friend of my told me of a White Bengal Tiger that he had seen at Cholchester Zoo here in the UK. So as it was my day off and the Zoo's just 50miles away I decided to go an see my big cuddly white puddy cat. It was a wee bit cold when i got there and low and behold there's a White Bengal Tiger all 40 stones (560 lbs) of him. Unfortuantely all of the glass around his enclosure was covered in moisture and he seemed to be in a wee bit of a snooze. Instaed I took pics of the other animals - The FZ seems to be ideal for this kidn of stuff I would have hated having a DSLR today and have to try and switch lenses at a seconds notice.

All pics are just resized except 2, shot at ISO 50/100 & 200. -2/3 exposure, spot focusing, all handheld and minor photoshop (USM, levels, contrast. despeckle). The Lions, meerkat and the monkey pics are all taken from behind the glass enclosures.

Pic 1. Zebra - actually two zebra only noticed it in photoshop.
