I like them all, though the first one is my favorite.

excellent start, could not have been better!
Will you have problems to stay on this level?

They are selling the Ricoh TC-200m on ebay for $13.50 in this auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/Camera-Manual-Ri...QQcmdZViewItem. Is this one better than the Olympus c-160, c-180 or c-210? What size thread does it have? And what is the conversion factor, 2x as the name implies?

Those shots sure look nice for a cheap converter.

Hi Rduve, it's a old TC, from '89-'90, but very good, it's 52mm so used a 55-52 step down ring. I first had the heads up over that lens from some one on another forum and just had to get it, it's cheap because it's old I suppose, not because it's rubbish.

I will post some more over the next few days, but I say go for it, works like a dream with the fz30.

Thanks. Does anyone know how the Ricoh compares to the Olympus c-160, which I just won on ebay before reading some discouraging reviews about it?

So, I just realized that for $13.50 + shipping I bid on the manual for the Ricoh TC 200M, not the actual lens. I could kick myself. A useless piece of paper. I am going to try to get it returned. Does anyone know where I can find the actual lens fora decent price?

excellent shots, especially through glass! the first one especially is top notch... you may be new to the FZ30, but you're well on your way as a photographer!
