here is some pics taken with my fz30 this weekend at the opening drags to the new season. My first time using the 30 in a sporting situation and it was awesome.

Nice photos. I used to drag race an old pickup, but did not have that HP. Always enjoy the drags though.

Oh man! Just seeing those pictures made me want to mess myself. Drag races are always lots of fun to watch (or participate in!).

Ken, Are you the one who was concerned about the vibration at these drag races messing up the IS system of the FZ30 ? If so I take it you had no problem? Very nice shots ! Jim

yup thats me

and yea even the vids i took with fz30 were excellent, right next to the start line and no vibration at all and even the sound had no distortion regfardlesss how loud they were
