Hi,

I am new to this forum. I am about to buy a camera for the new year. After reading many reviews, I am down to the Panasonic FZ5 and Canon S2 IS. I like the mega zoom of both. But which one is better in taking portraits, both in door and out door? I need your opnions.

Thanks & Happy Holidays!

Bruce

They are the same type cameras and will both perform very similar....but in every comparison I have seen the FZ5 is the higher rated camera.

Better IS andLess fringing , and more resoulution in the photos.
