Very good shots. I will stick with my FZ20 because I am still learning how to use it effectively. After I've worn it out I may look at the FZ40 or FZ50 - or maybe a DSLR.

Especially love the first one. Do you think that going from the FZ20 to the 30 has given you a better understanding of the camera than what you would have coming from a different make of digital camera?

Probably not, although it's difficult toanswer this since I am not familiar with the features of other makes. The menus, controls etc were all pretty much familiar so not much learning curve there, but I imagine the same features are available in most other makes as well - it may just taker a few hours to rember how to access them all.
