I know this might be cliché, but I was wondering if someone could post a FZ30 picture sequence of something far off, at full wide-angle, at full zoom, at full+extended zoom (19x), and at full+extended+TCon? If that's possible, i would appreciate it. I'm thinking that if I'm lucky, I'll have the money for the FZ30 and a TCon all in one. We'll have to see.
What do you have for me?

Will,

Here's a set ofimages from 23mm to 1135mm.Small sized but they should give you a clue. They're shot at different occasions which means a bit different lightening. Note the small yellow house.

23 mm (with wideangle converter Raynox HD6600-55)

PeHa, testing the zoom on the camera was one of the first things I did. Check out my old post; http://www.stevesforums.com/forums/v...mp;forum_id=23

I don't have any attachments though. The images of the Basillica demonstrate a transition from 1x to 19x (EZ mode).

Were these pictures resized or cropped? And how's the quality around ~1000 mm? Still as sharp as in the 300 range (basically, are the extended zoom and tcon of good quality?)? Thanks so much.

My images were resized. Some of the ones further down were cropped to 100%.
