Nice pattern. How about a shot when the match is in the process of lighting. Prop a match so it is horizontal. Have the camera ready on a tripod of secure surface. Light the match and time the shot so that the match is half lit. Should be interesting.

looks a bit out of focus. did you have the macro set on your digicam? what camera were you using? try and try again, we always say and soon you will have the perfect picture! i'm not bagging or anything, great picture but perhaps some post processing, like increasing the contrast or the red in it, would be great
