I did that in PS jerry... and some of the white parts according to the eyedropper are Identical the licence plates and the white strip on the road.

It does make your car shinier but I am not sure what that proves and it makes the blacktop kind of red like out west.

I really feel its a matter of preference

I'm still not sure exactly what we are looking at. I thought we were looking at the big white semi-truck?

To my eyes, which are still young and bright, they look almost identical. I would say the difference is so minute, and changed so easily, that it's just a matter of taste. That's just me. I don't own a fz30 yet, but I will. I've done lots of research into the matter

Almost identical is not identical and that is why I have the W/B set to 2 clicks to warm to compensate for the blue cast. It only shows up in sunlight and is very predominant in snow settings. The camera adjustment can be made without affecting the other settings. To make the change set the W/B in the menu to sunshine. Then toggle the upper rear jog to W/B. Togging the two click to the left completes the change. You can now change the camera back to auto W/B and whenever it determines a sunshine w/b it will use this change.

Lovelife if you do all that for snow scenes.....The 5000 dollar cameras show the shadows in snow with a blue tint.
