Can anyone suggest a nice uv lens for the fz30 and with the high quality of the leica lens is it ok to leave it on permanently to protect the lens? Thank's.

I suppose you want a filter

I use this one

Most any mulicoated filter will be fine.

I have seen the Hoya ultra thin which goes for about 30-39.00 and I've seen the B&W which seems to be a very good one for about the same price. Should I go for one of these or something a little less? Thank's.
