With all the talk of high speed memory cards and conversion lenses, this may not be the sexiest post but I got sick and tired of the standard strap on the FZ 30 (especially with it hanging from my neck all day).

I got this tamrac boomerang strap

I can't tell you how happy I am from such a simple replacement of the original equipment. It's extremely comfortable (especially when it's over your shoulder with the camera at your side while you are walking). It has quick release clips and neoprene pouches for extra memory. If I could work out a means of also carrying my spare battery, I would have no nead for my bag when I'm walking around. Not that I couldn't put the battery in my pocket but I'm paranoid about losing it.

I can't say it's the cheapest option but I consider it well worth the money. My only concern is how well all the neoprene used will hold up over time. I find that stuff tends to curl and form those little fabric-boogers but for now, I'm in comfort heaven.

It really seems to be very comfortable. Very good idea the memory card bag.

I changed my FZ-30 strap for a Canon replacement. It is also more comfortable than the original one. And it includes an extra film compatment:G
