I recommend http://www.batterybuyer.com - a Canadian reseller.

I've now purchased 4 batteries from them and am completely satisfied with their service.

Order #1
One battery for my wife's Kyocera cell phone.
One battery for my Palm Tungsten E2.

Order#2
One battery for my Canon SD1000.
One battery for my Panasonic FZ20.

They all fit perfectly, don't get hot on recharge, and look to be quality products.

In fact, the Palm battery has me has me tickled pink. The standard Palm battery they offer is 1050mAh (I think the original I pulled out was 950mAH) but I purchased one that they offered with 1400mAH. I cannot believe how long it goes between recharges. The original was definitely on it's last legs after 2 years of use.

Both orders arrived within one week of the order being placed, via mail. Confirmation emails were immediate, easy to read, and informative - something that has been lacking with some other online vendors I've dealt with.

Newsy in Vancouver.
