I have read some comments about vigneting of CM2000 macro lens set with FZ10 if the zoom is less than 6x. Because the CM2000 set includes 8 diopter and 4.8 diopter (and thr DCR 250 is 8 diopter) I am wondering is they the same lens? My DCR250 must arrive at the end of the week but I ask for some "users" input about there quallity and disadvantages (just to be prepared when the lens arrive).
Any help is welcome!
10x in advance.

Just to say that I have FZ20. Is is possible some one to post shots made with the 250 lens?

The cm2000 set includes the dcr150 and dcr250. (I think you can buy them cheaper seperately plusgetan extrasnap-on adapter.) Both the dcr150 and 250 vignettbelow about 4x zoom. With the dcr250 you will focus at about12.5cm (5")from the subject. The dcr250 is a great little lens that packs alot of power. Get some experience with it at lower zooms.

Fmoore

do you know the IQ difference between a Raynox DCR and a good say 100mm reverse macro (+10) with wider than F/1,8 aperture?

10x fmoore. The problem is that I am new to the macro and when I ordered the DCR 250 i was told it is 2.5 diopters - but now when i understand that it is 8 diopters (10x to this gread forum) I am more consern about the DOF. So I desided to start with low zoom (or no zoom at all). But the vignetting with small zoom will be a problem....

10x again for the answer.
