I hear everyone raving about the Nikon 4T, but what's the difference between in and other close-up filters? I have a set of 52mm Hoyas (+1, +2, and +4, I think), but I haven't got a step-down ring yet, so I haven't used them.

As far as the Hoya set... why not try them and see if you demand more quality.
