Did you use a flash? I think a while back when I had a similair opportunity, and I was amazed at how long it stayed still for me, I think the real reason was that I may have temporarily blinded the rascal. I shot an awfullot of shots and tried some with a flash, and it occured to me that their eyes are huge. I think in my case he didn't fly away because when I was finished with him , he probably couldn't see. The one I photographed stayed in the same spot for at least a couple of hours. I know some of them will sit for a while, but I hope the one I ran into was ok.:!: Nice picture, btw...

Kd...no flash was used.Only natural sunlight was needed.

o yeah..the no 1 reason I use the Nikon 6T is the sweet bleeding and blending of the background colors the background colors on this shot is not manipulated in any way all natural....:G
