I wasn't sure if you were looking for Windows or Mac... Photoshop or Elements, etc..

But, try this link to see if this will get you closer to what you are looking for:

There may be some problem with Adobe's site. I just tried again and nothing seemed to be going anywhere...or at least not without a long wait. I had no luck trying to access the download page for the "DNG Converter and Raw 3.3" update. However, I was able to get to the plain "Raw 3.3 update" at the following link:

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloa...jsp?ftpID=3275

The "download" button is a red button on the left hand side of the page.

Timewarp: "The "download" button is a red button on the left hand side of the

page. "

I tried the red buttons, but they only take you back to the page you were at previously to selecct the update. There must be something wrong with Adobe's website.

Thanks again. Should you find something else, please advise.

Try this ..I think you will hit the windows link and then the download button on 2 pages and your downloading.

Do not forget to read the installation instructions.

Genece, the webpage is for ordering Photoshop Cs2. I clicked on every red button on the page and none would allow me to download the update. It did take me to a update information and installation page, but no download button for the file itself.

I have been through about every page on the adobe website related to updates, but cycled right back to the info page.

Maybe I just don't see the tree in the forest.

Thanks

Jerry

Jerry,

I just tried the same link I sent to you last night. I used both Internet Explorer and Firefox to test. In both cases, it seemed to be working. After hitting the download button on the second page, the update started to download on my computer. If you want to try again, the link is as follows:
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloa...jsp?ftpID=3275

Have you downloaded from the Adobe site before? Did you register Elements 4 on their site? I thought it might look for a cookie on your machine to identify you. In any case, the above link is working for me, so I don't know what else to suggest at this point.

The link I gave you works for ACR as does the Link timewarp gave you ....you need to adjust your browser settings......Delete your cookies and on the general tab under the settings button put a tick in "check for new page every visit"

The above is all I get. There is no download button on the left hand side, no second page from here. Yes I registered, logged on. And Genece I did what you suggested also. deleted cookies, and checked for new page every visit. Tried the links that you and timewarp both suggested. Same thing every time. I think I might have to call Adobe. When I look for updates from within Elements, it says there is no updates available. Yet, the version of Camera raw plugin is Version 3.2.
