Impressive, but even more so to learn you cropped the shots.* Noise generally shows up when you crop, but these are beautiful and clean.

Thanks Jon! I haven't found noise to be much of a problem. I try to shoot most of my pictures at ISO 80. Jim

Beautiful shots - they make me anxious for summer. These are one of my favorites to shoot (photograph, that is), but I don't think mine ever turn out this nice. Great job!

Just got around to see these. Wonderful work, Jim. I have not been that lucky with hummingbirds. Everytime I zoom and focus they are gone. And that's regardless of camera, may it be my FZ30 or my DSLR. Great job.
