Hello,

I've seen in the forums that a sunpak 433D will work with the FZ30, but I was thinking there were a few exceptions to that rule like if it were made for canon or nikon...can anyone confirm that?

Also, other than if the flash were used on a camera with TTL, is it the same as the sunpak 383? Does it work the same?

Thanks,

gunrock

It is pretty much the same and I do not think the mount will matter unless it is the K/M i or xi mount as they are smaller.

the 433 seems to have all the manual settings ..not all TTL flashes have those settings.

I have also read that it works just fine.

I hope it's the right mount...about to pick me one up on ebay for 25 bucks. --make that 28.15 :-P ...looks like the going price for these on ebay...beats 90 bucks for the 383!

Thanks!
