I like the edit, but the colors seem to have shifted substantially. I'm curious as to which version is closer to what you actually saw. Not that it matters a lot, what matters is what you want to present. You are the one who has to decide whether you want to document the photo as close-to-life as possible or add some of your own creative vision to it. Either approach works.
