Galliota atlantica (near Haria) - Lanzarote

FZ5, Mcon40,

In picture #3, the black background was replaced with the colour of the sky.
All pictures sharpened with usm, no denoising (as you can see)

Hope you like it!
Sven

Sven - fantastic, are the side splashes of colour that irradescent in real life?* *Good also to see field shots which are always more demanding that studio /zoo set ups.* Great work from what looks like a productive holiday.* Peter G

thanks Bottleneck, Hiroshi and Peter,

these are the real colours - unchanged - only preserved.
I have learned to use resizing and usm more carefully.
This was a first test - I guess my old shots have to be processed again....

Simply fantastic! I have yet to manage such clarity on my FZ5. My pics really suffer from noise. Seems to be me rather than the camera as you have produced such noise free (almost) photos.
