Purely conjecture based on past Panny releases. I would suggest you get the fz30 and start taking pictures.:|

I'm holding out for the FZ50...10 megapixels...ISO 100 to 1600 and 15X zoom (24mm-443mm).

I saw it in a dream! :lolon't laugh....I'm psychic...or is that psycho???

hahahaha

good point made though hiroshi... I work in the mobile phone sector and people are always 'holding out for the next model' but you'll be doing that forever...

Like someone else said, grab the FZ30, and get shootin!!...

No ones even heard a sniff of the 40 yet.... no evidence to suggest it even will exist yet!

Nic

How about waiting for FZ-100
or FZZ-010? :-)

The whole DC market thing is going to be like the DIY computer market soon.
New video card every month, higher speed CPU every quarter.

Hi,

im sorry nearly all r kidding me , but i didnt say im waiting camera from 10 yrs , only to wait the best one.
I only said that i have an FZ5, that for me, has some limitations.
Than i asked if now is better get an FZ30, or wait 2-3 months and continue to use my FZ5... I think is little different.
If u have the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti and u want buy a Modena 360, But u know is arriving the Ferrari 430 in few months for nearly the same price, what u will do?
I would keep my 612 waiting the 430 :-)

Many thanks to all

Alessandro

PS: sorry for my english, i hope u understood, im no upset :-)

No ones making fun of you at all... please don't think that

Its one of those technical merry go rounds that never ends i guess...

I've just bought the FZ30 myself, it really is very nice...

though if i could afford either of those ferraris i'd just buy both hahahaha......
