PS for Sven/ SEEMOLF:

is there a way to insert thumbnails and pics from Zoto galleries (I remember you did something like this for your leafs and stones series...
I mean to copy the code from the zoto page and having it done in this forum (I tried with "CODE" before posting but maybe I copied a wrong portion of the Zoto page html...) ???

Thanks

Francesco,
#4 is fantastic!!!!!!

These are thumbs from your gallery:

You can take them as a template.
Take some kind of composer and copy/paste these pictures into a new window.
Modify the properties of the pictures:
- change the unique number at the end
eg "http://narmer.zoto.com/img/40/1dd754941ae2d72e50024cb1e1184326-.jpg"
- change the size of the thumb (here:40)
- change the dimensions to original
- change the properties of the link - (opening in a new window)
eg "http://narmer.zoto.com/img/original/1dd754941ae2d72e50024cb1e1184326-.jpg"

The results of these modifications can be copied to the edit window here (not as code..)

You can change the view to html code and do your modifications there.....
But I did not transfer the code to the edit window, but simply copied the content of the resulting page.

regards Sven

This pano came outh like a fish eye (I was frontally and the structure's topping line is paralle lto the ground and equidistant from me...)

Thanks Sven, seems like it's just as I udually do (but I directly copu the image links with from the image properties/right mouse uotton).

I thought there was a way to do this cumulatively, with whole tables of thumbs+full size picture link.

You re right, Zoto's galleries are extremely frustrating (no choice on thumbs size, and very few other personalization).

Beautiful as always, Francesco. I miss my FZ20. I preferred its images over the FZ30 quite frankly. Now I have gone DSLR to the Konica Minolta Maxxum 5D, attached a Tamron 28-300 lens. It's GREAT! But the FZ's are still fine cameras.

Sven, my family and I booked the flight to Germany from July 14 to August 9th. Let;s take some photos in Kiel.

tHANKS rDUVE

may you explain your statement about FZ30 (If FZ40 won't be as I think I thought I d decide between an entry level dSLR or a then rebated FZ30):
do you refer to colors, and which issue/feeling in particular?

Francesco

Yes, i refer to the colors. FZ20 has warmer color cast. FZ30 tends to lean toward blue.

Yes. FZ5 definitely beats both FZ20 and 30as far as color accuracy
