A quick intro . . .My husband and I are retired, traveling for the last 9 months in our motorhome.* Just recently, I dropped my favorite camera (casio exilim P600) and did irreperable harm.* I've decided to get an FZ30, but till it arrives, I've been playing with my husbands F5, so I wanted to share a photo I took of a barnswallow who is building a nest near our campsite (Percha Dam,* central New Mexico).* Looking forward to getting my FZ30 and learning more from you fine folks.* Kate

Nice shot! The color came out great... I'm waiting for the hundreds that nest right under a bridge down from me. Nothing yet? We have many Mosquitoes here tell yours we have some room.
