This was made in the Greenbrier Section of the park about6 miles on the right going toward Cosby. This was in early spring with the lush green growth and a pretty nice waterflow. All comments appreciated.....

RAW, RSP, M Mode, F11, 1.3sec., ISO80, 1 Stop ND, CR PL, & Tripod.

Keith-

Nice exposed scene and pretty scenery but, for my part, a bit excessive with the motion blur as it seems to detract from the, what could have been, a tranquilimage. By chance do you have this same image w/ a bit faster shutter speed and not as much motion blur on the water?

Hey Telecorder,,

I probably have half a dozen shots that I made here with a little different compositons but all were with at least a 1 second shutter speed or longer . I guess I am one of those "whitewater nuts".. Big surf is about the only stop action water that I shoot,,,, sorry about that......

Don't apologize... you're the artist and that's the pleasing effect that you like! As I stated... for my part, its a bit distracting - mostly with the white water further down stream. All in all, though, its a nice image of a soothing vista and probably would make for a nice matted print on the office wall!

A nice shot, I'm with you on the white water fluff!
