Was at a park again and someone showed me the wasp nest, and wow, first time saw a large one! Abt 20 wasps there and several larvae in the nest.

First few shoots with dark brown BG, but later handheld a leaf behind to get a nicer BG.

Manage to take some caterpillars, but turn out bad. Took a water drop on it though!

FZ10+6T+Sigma CU, ISO50, F8, 1/60s, EXT bounce flash
A610+reverse 50mm lens, ISO50, F8, 1/125s. EXT OB flash

Appreciate your comments! Will be away for a week so pardon me if I do not reply promptly.

You are an outstanding photographer. I am sure pictures like these would be published in many periodicals. As said before, fascinating

tchuanye, you are indeed a master in the macro world, the only time I have ever seen anything this close up was when I beekeeping and managing bee hives. Then you have to observe the brood closely, but I believe you have gotten closer than I ever did to the brood.
