Hi,

Just to say that I have put the FZ5 DOF Excel sheet and the FZ5 memo Excel sheet on my site ( see Christophe Vlaminck Online at http://users.belgacom.net/christophe.vlaminck/fz1.html).

The Depth of Field chart gives you grafics and tables following subject distance, aperture, focal distance.

The memo file gives you a summary of the user book, on 1 A4 sheet.

Rgds

Hi Sven,

Have you already tested these closeups with the FZ1? If yes we could also notify your remarks in the DOF sheet for the FZ1.

Excellent sheets!!

I had to calculate the formula on my own for macros.

Hello,

Now, to make it more interactive, the DOF file contains a "My converters" page where you can type the ratio of your own converters. + additional formulas improvements, warnings on use of the zoom with converters on the DOF sheet.

cool site you have Sven, nice job

Nice additon!
I have entered my tcon100 (10*) Converter..
DOF at a distance of 100m is 1m at f/8, not an easy tool to play with.

thanks again,
Sven
