Treed - I've been looking all over henry's site for the 6T, and I'm not seeing it on there. What did you look under to find it? I'd love to get one.

Thanks!

Melissa
Ohh sh*t! My bad about saying the 6t was available. And in terms of the 4t and 5t I just saw on henrys that they're out of stock too, damn. Ineed to learn how to read before I say stuff that isn't true lol. :-)That is really gay how nikon discontinued these lenses.

Yeah, I thought it was too good to be true. I guess I'll be stickin' with my 4T for now.

Hehe yeah. I got a 4t too, works great. So you were wanting to get a 6t so you could stack them and get more magnification? You might want to look into the Raynox DCR-150 or 250. The 150 is +4 diopter and is a good one to start with, and the 250 is +8 diopter which is harder to use because of the shallow DOF. lol and and far as I know those are still available to buy.

Does anyone know if the Raynox CM-2000 is anything other than a kit that includes the DCR-150 & DCR-250 with one universal adapter?

From looking at the pics of it at B&H, that appears what it is to me. If not, is this something that can still be used with the FZ30?

look at the features (B&H):

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=NavBar&A=getItemDetail&Q=&sku=3 70594&is=REG&si=spec#goto_itemInfo

The Raynox CM-2000 includes the DCR-150 and DCR-250 Macro lens obtains the maximum macro magnification power with the camera lens set at the most telephoto zoom position. The lenses are made of high index optical glass, which produce rich and razor sharp images.
The lens includes a Snap-on universal mount suitable for 52mm to 67mm filter sizes.

..but please compare the prices:

Thanks, seemolf.

Big "Duh" on my part. I may just pull the trigger and order this. Saves about $20 over ordering both seperate.

Thanks for the info, treed. I have heard good things about the rayonox 250, so I might have to check it out. I usually don't shoot macro, but I want to start using my 4T more.

i know ive posted this before, but this post seems to get the most attention in relation to raynox. can the two raynox lens'es be stacked without needing an adapter in between? i know they need an adapter to fit the camera, but do they need an adapter to go between each one?

the last question was answered in the other thread.

I have added a: "recommened lens" section:

http://www.geocities.com/seemolf/ach...achromats.html

There are some data missing: weight and lens diameter (not thread!).
Any help?

cheers Sven
