Caught one good shot of this guy before he disappeared into the foliage. His entire body is about as big as my pinky finger. Cropped and a little Picassa PP.

Shot yesterday with FZ30. Got my DCR-150 in the mail today. I hope he comes back!

Great shot of a hard to catch still critter. They tend to scurry away quickly
Should be quit a few chamelions down your way and salamanders in the creaks not to mention crawfish . When I was little my brother and I used to catch them around Alexandria LA. and in Montgomery Ala. Altho it was a bit back I imagine they are still plentyfull.

KennJ-

It seems like I don't see as many of these little lizards as I did when I was a kid, but then again I don't spend near as much time outside as I did then. :-DI think this guy was as curious about me as I was about him.

We used to like to catch them and make them bite our earlobes and walk around with lizard "earrings". Hurt like heck, but kids will be kids!

Thanks for looking and commenting!
