While I think you're fudging (All of your previous 'attempts' weren't trying for this level of IQ...?),...you've demonstrated that, when you put your mind to it, you can put the digi to acquire some good images! Lets see more!

LOL! Well, it's not like I never want to take some pics with nice quality before.
Just that I never put such dedication before, especially before I have this new digital camera. I never feel comfortable using my old Nikon Coolpix 995, somehow the control/handling just feel weird to me. It is still a great camera for taking micro shots, but for anything else, I just don't feel I have the control of what I want to do. So I was kind of giving up on taking pics with that camera.
But ever since I have my lovely fz-30, I just can't lay my hands off it. I take it with me wherever I go and keep looking for things to shoot.

:GI know the feeling. A lot of newbie FZ5/FZ7 digi owners don't realize how big of a step up into the prosumer world really relies on practice, patience and perserverance. If I hadn't paid ny dues learning on my FZ5, I wouldn't have as much appreciation for how good my FZ30 is...:-)

Very nice job!

I especially like the depth of field in the first two pictures. Nice looking bird, too.. but shouldn't he be inside the cage? :blah:
