Very nice macro shots PeHa. Love the sharpness and composition. The lens seems to be of good quality.

It is the first time that I've heard of the Soligor macro lens. Can you give us any info concerning the lens.

Thanks Macnite! Here's a product link to the Soligor close-up lens: https://secure.soligor.com/index.php...s=7655&L=1

I'm not sure how it compares to lenses like the Nikon 6T (it was not cheaper). I'vetested it thouroghly anyway and am really pleased with it.

Thanks for sharing PeHa. I went to the Soligor site and read the specs. What is interesting is that it is designed to workon full tele photo zoom.I have the Nikon T6. It will not focusabove 200 (X6) on myFZ30. If they ship to Canada I will buy one.

Jerry, thanks for nice comments!

Macnite, I didn't know the 6T didn't focus at full zoom with the FZ30... These shots are all taken with the Soligor at full tele zoom. The price here (Sweden) is about 90US$ plus tax (the Nikon 6T in the same Internet shop is 80US$). I can strongly recommend it, I've thouroughlycheckededge-to-edge sharpness etc and the detail level is great. It also feels very solid.
