Wild Free Ranging Fly Fishermen

As a lot of you have figured out by now I spend a lot of time in the
woods trying to shoot Wild Free Ranging animals.

I went to one of my favorite spotting spots and started glassing both
sides of the stream looking for what ever decided to come out and drink
or eat or ???.

Glassing up-stream I couldn't find anything. I was guessing it wouldn't
be long before the sun broke out of the clouds.

About the time I decided to glass downstream the sun broke out.

WOW!! I just found a pair of the Elusive Fly Fishermen

I needed to try for a close up and not let them know I was above them.
Very interesting they are working together. Teamwork I didn't know they did this.

No luck as a team so they split up.

THE MORAL OF THE STORY: WHEN YOU ARE IN THE WOODS DON'T THINK YOU AREN'T
BEING WATCHED..

Question is: Do I make this category # 33 in my wildlife photo gallery?????

Roger, I really like fly fishing, though baitcasting is the big thing here. Beautiful scenery. You do have a lot to photograph in your area. How does the lens you are using differ from the TCON 1.7?

Hi Fred,

We do have a lot of very pretty country here in our valley and also a lot of wildlife. We are lucky to be able to live in such a place and at the same time make a living.

Hi Teree thanks for the very nice words.

Don't know if humor is the right word but then again I don't know much about fancy words anyhow. Everything I do I try to make fun. I like to smile and I am selfish so I work at figuring out to smile.

thanks again
