I've recently decided to start an ongoing project of photographing steeples. I found these two on my vacation in Pennsylvania last month.

The first one is on an old wooden church in a tiny rural town.

The second one is atop a large church in the historic district of Gettysburg.

Looking forward to seeing many more. Wish I had gotten one of the a chuch in Port Gibson, Ms. years ago. It was a hand with a finger pointing to the heavens.

Below are a couple of websites of the church and it's history. When I was there about 15 years ago, I didn't have a camera with me.

Hi , I really enjoyed your steeples, they remind me of the little church I attended in Virginina (on the Eastern Shore) when I was young. Donna
