Got the wasp making a nest in a doorway.

I think this may be a type of Mayfly, but not sure.

Jerry, looks to me like you are hunting some very strange things. NO thank you I wouldn't get that close to a wasp.

Roger, I was very careful as he had decided to use an entry door to the house. After taking his photo, another came along, and I was forced to alternative action and removal.

Nice pictures bayourebel. I love the mayfly. I find the colour of the wasp interesting as we don't have them up here, we have the "yellow jacket" wasp. See attached.

Thanks Macnite for viewing. We also have the yellow jackets, but I try not to get to close as they are worse than the wasp.
