red Dragon Fly --- click to enlarge in a separate window ----

I decided to change over to minolta achromats. They can be stacked and used with tcons.
This is just a short test with a nice and calm object.

Used achromats: minolta #1, #2 and olympus a life size: 2, 4, 7.7 diopters













A study of different apertures - f:2.8 versus f:8.0









This is an example of an uncontrolled use of neat image:

Very nice series and well presented. Love the different positions and the composition. Don't recollect ever seeing a red dragon fly before.

The red dragonflies are quite common here.
There are some blue ones too:
