Can somebody please tell me the difference between using a Raynox 150 from the 2.0 pro-high definition. I know the magnification may be different but are they both for macrophotography? If so, which is better for a beginner?

Thanks for the help!!!

In the simplest terms the dcr 150 is a very good lens and that titanium pro2 or whatever is junk.

Stick with name brands when buying lenses... with very few exceptions they are a class above the "Just as good as" lenses on Ebay.

The 2.0X pro-high definition lens is a telephoto conversion lens, not a macro lens.

Annie, I recommend the Raynox 150. Nice little lens for the price. I started with the Raynox 250 and then got the 150 but recommend starting with the 150. I find both are great depending on what kind of shot you want to make.
