This was taken in P mode -1/3EV and bracketed/3. I have taken the best and slightly cropped it to remove some distant shoreline. I would think filters should come into play, but UV and CI are on order.
I'm thick skinned, so critique away.

I think it's a nicepicture, but the water seems a little overexposed. Better to take pictures underexposed, cause that can be more easily enhanced in PP.

Looks nice. Shame there was not a wind up and she had been under sail but all in all it is a good shot. Lots of water has it's own issues no doubt.

That is a lovely vessel.

Taking pictures with the sky or water as a bckground is difficult and I haven't come anywhere near to mastering the problem. If the subject is backed by a bright sky or water, one or the other has to be over/underexposed. I tend to go + 1/3 EV to concentrate on the subject and also bracket the shotbut as Genece has more or less always quoted, the camera knows best
