Default GF3 going for $399

Target has it for $399 and you get $75 Target gift card, so $325 really. Not a bad deal at all. They also bundle the Lumix 45-200mm for an extra $200.

I saw that myself, Tullio. Also, Amazon.com itself has the GF3 body only for $419 - $20 more. But you'll get $100 off a qualifying len purchase at the same time. They include the 45-200mm zoom, the 14mm and 20mm primes and others. A good deal if you have another micro four-thirds camera already. Not sure how long this will last.

Personally I would not buy the GF3. Comparing with the G3, it does not have EVF, flip/swivel LCD, it has a weaker BI flash, older sensor, bad ergonomics, etc.. I think the EPL1 is a much better alternative as a spare m4/3 body (even though it has a slower AF system).

That might be a better choice as the GF2 is much closer to the successful GF1.
