Iam still considering this camera and have another question for those of you who own one. One thing Steve states that explains some of the differences I have gotten from people about its speed is that the recycle time with flash is 2.5 to 7 seconds depending on the distance of the subject. This is a big deal to me and I'd appreciate any help you guys can give. I frequently do outdoor portraits with my kids (pumpkin patch, hay rides, etc), and must use fill flash to open up harsh shadows. With my current camera, the flash recycle time is 5-7 seconds, and I have agonizingly missed many good shots waiting on the flash to recycle. It's driving me batty. Now, typically the shots are in daylight and I stand about 8-10 feet away and zoom in (I'm guessing about half to 3/4 of the way on the 750z). Can someone tell me what the 750z's flash recycle time is under that circumstance (let's call it 10 feet away and zoomed about 3/4 of the way in daylight with forced flash)?
