i would like to buy this camera?is there any problem with it or will arise in future?what's the worst scenario it would be?

Also, does the S30 have the same lag problem after a flash as the S40?

I have this camera. haven't used it much but it seems to work pretty well. Can't say much about lag. there seems to be a three to four second delay after flash shot before you can take next one-but I haven't paid much attention to this. i got camera mainly to take pictures of stationary objects(scenery, etc) out doors.
