Pentax optio 33l have a manual shutter?

:? I'm afraid it does not have a manual shutter mode (or manual aperture mode for that matter). The camera is only capable of minimum and maximum apertures but nothing in between so that has a knock-on effect to the available shutter speeds for any given light level.
