For that limited range to be that size must be pretty fast... what is that?

it is a Sigma EX 200-500mm f/2.8 HSM zoom.
It looks to be one massive lens.

he old 300-800 f/5.6 is known as the sigmonster, sells for about 7000$ at BH.

It used to be the bigun for Sigma, this new lens looks massive and seems to have de-throned it.

Yes, the Sigma 200-500mm f2.8. Crazy stuff.

I wonder if I sold my apartment if I could live in that lens when not using it on the camera...and would it have a jaccuzi?
