it is easy to get rid of thru PP but this has got to be a software problem. if you contact them let us know. you might even PM ben about this problem and see what he says.

I have been noticing a fair bit of CA on some of my images with the K10D, especially when using the Pentax DA 16-45, mostly in high contrast scenes...

...but sometimes even in reasonably well lit scenes, that should have been fine (and in similar shots taken with my other cameras did not exhibit purple fringing).

I had thoughtthere might have been something wrong with my 16-45, and was considering returning it -though perhaps, after reading this, it is morehow the K10D is treating theimage... ???
