So far the worstcase of LBA medical science has recorded. So that's how you do it, first you buy the accessories and then you tell your better half you have to buy the main item to go with the accessory. Smart, Roy.

Think I'll buy a strap for the K10D Super. And maybe wind shield wipers for a Ferrari Testarossa.

Roy,
$110 is definitely overboard. $40 is just right on. That I believe is the DA* effect (of the zoom hitting the market). Why the adapter is so pricey is because it fits the SP glass the value of which would be hit when DA* zooms are available. It may reach its high again only when DA* not working out or all of a sudden Tamron goes on making out more adaptall lens.
If you have no need , you can ship that out to me though. I have some change in my paypal account and its value is dropping with the US $

Nice roy!

My guess is you already have enough telezooms, but should you be interested, the Tamron SP 60-300mm f3.8-5.6 is very good! (I have one myself)
