Just some random pictures to demonstate the lens. I am extremely impressed with it.

The first two pictures were taken on a floating pier, second two were taken while afloat. Very bright and overcast day, so very fast shutter speed. All photos subject to PP.

Well that's a rather sharp lens, and put to good use.

It is a nice lens for sure. I have really begun to like both of mine. Mine are the Tokinas and they do work well. Heavy little suckers aren't they. You seem to find no trouble either getting the manual focus working for you. Like these very well.

Roy, my lens is the Kiron. I'm not sure why all the exif info isn't in there. I used cs2 for PP. Knowing that the f stop isn't recorded in the exif, usually the ss is in there.

Birds in flight and boatwere around f4-5.6, ss1250, iso 400.

Bridge was f4, ss2000, iso 400.

I definitely did some usm in cs2.

Hi Fred, Very nice shots with that lens, in a later post you'll see I've just been testing a recently acquiredK mount version , only had it a day and I'm hooked ... it's a cracker, Think I'll be using it a lot. ... Jack
