Dear Pentax "Gurus"!

Here in Israel is today almost NOT possibly to obtain lenses with "Pentax" mount.., in an "Second Hand" advising I recall these two "Film" type auto focusing Sigma lenses. I copy/paste the photo that the seller provided inside his advising..for better comprehending:idea:

Please, before I will close any deal...want from you...your advise, how good are these advised lenses...:?

Thanks in advance for your noble action to me

Peace,

It would help if you specified which focal lengths we're talking about here. I can't tell anything from such a small picture.

You could try looking for samples here: http://www.pbase.com/cameras/sigma

My dear two good Buddies,

Yes it's true...the photo supplied by the seller is two small...but I chat with him & he say me that he brought this pair circa 10 years ago.

The shorter one is a 28 till 80mm

The longer one from 100 till 300mm one (Maybe as yours my dear Dawg!?).

We close, during our first chat; that if seems outside well conserved & works well...I will pay $:60.00 for each one.

BTW...from both of you...having in possession the Tamron "Keeper" first version 28-200 one... for which I paid off a mere $:20.00...; if it's worthier to expend $: 120.00 MORE for obtain/hold 100mm focal length more?:?

Cheers,

Alex 007:|

i thought the small one was a 28-80.. you have that range covered. i had an af sigma 28-80 for awhile. paid a total of $16usd for it. it was built worse than any lens i've ever picked up. image quality was ok and i was happy to sell it for 38usd. if you like the 28-200 then keep it and save for a 300mm prime and a good 1.4x TC.
