If someone does buy it I don't know if I should feel pity, shame, or just laugh my head off..

To add to the madness factor, a macro 50 1:2.8 ended because the reserve was never met although the bidding went up to 160 bucks. Greedy greedy. The 2.8s only go to 1:2 don't they?

I had an FA-50 f1.4 I was watching...thinking I might pick it up for my son, if it were to go cheaply enough. I couldn't believe it when it went right on throughthe "New" price from Adorama ($ 189). This one sold for $ 225 + shipping.

To some folks a thousand dollar bill means no more to them than a one dollar bill would to me....It's a matter of how your income has brought you to view money. I've never been more than an average wage earner and since the wife was forced to retire in 1995 we get a third less income coming in. Some folks get more income in a month than I do in a year so they view money differently than I do.

AND I"M GREEN WITH ENVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many people are not aware that they can find some of these lenses new for less than these silly prices or used for reasonable cost at many camera stores across the country.
Amazing how many "RARE" lenses ther are these days that used to be regular old lenses .
