My dear Pentaxians!

Today was the first rainy day...so I grasp my lovely K10D, & went outside not far away..& catch this lovely Rose...proudly to get some clean water from the Sky...!

I decided to share it with all of you...my good fellows!:-)

As always fitted my "bargain" Tamron 18-20mm "First version" film design zoom lens wide open 5,6 at 200mm focal lens length, this time 1,600 ISO, use the Neat Image noise reduction (Sorry folks...peremptory!) + Picasa PP & some cropping; yes of course handhold (Shutter speed was "Low" 1/30seg, also at this high ISO settings!),:O

Enjoyed...!

Peace,

Alex 007:|

Well I like your photo - but then I am easy to please!

But I would like some of your rain - Arizona is a bit dry right now!

Alex,

I like your rose, it reminds me of one I shot in Jerusalem excactly one year ago. It was a vacation of a lifetime. Fortunately we had no rain so mine does not have the added interest of yours.

Attahced image was shot with a KM A200, hope no one minds. I had notpurchased my K100D yet for that trip, wish I did, the scenery in Israel is awesome.

Sholom, Jim

Shalom Jim,

Lovely snap of Jerusalem's roses!

Yes I own another DSLR...my first one a KM 7D today fitted with a Tamron 18-250mm zoom lens permanently. (Hate change lenses & clean the sensor...!).

Another close located Rose from the same day! same issues!!!

Enjoyed,

Peace,

Alex!

As usual Alex these are superb. You have the knack of getting the exact right light for these. Beautiful indeed.
