Finally the Sears, also a K mount. All three photos were taken from the same spot, hand held. I did use a tiny bit of USM after resizing but I used identical settings for all three photos. All three were set at f/8 (the JC Penny set on the body, the others through aperture ring).

In my opinion the Vivitar is the sharpest, followed very closely by the Sears, with the JC Penny slightly behind that. The difference between the three is not great though and I would call them all sharp lenses.

BTW, last night I sat down and listed some of my duplicate lenses on ebay. The Sears 135mm is one of them. If you want the link just PM me.

The Vivitar is sharper. What is the serial number of it? I wouldn't toss any of these lens. Very good photos all three!
